Each week you will gain information that will help to improve your nutrition and physical activity, and move toward a healthier you.
You will also receive support to help you achieve your aims for the week ahead.
Taking small steps by making changes each week can and will make a big difference to your health.
In addition you recieve regular contact for motivational support outside of the sessions to help you lose weight for the coming week.
