Each session consists of a main recipe which we will
be providing a copy of by email, 2 days before, then you can print out if needed and buy the ingredients necessary to take part if you so desire.
If you just want to watch, take notes or soak in all the information then you are more than welcome to do that instead.
Once the dish is cooking, we’ll then talk about what side dishes we could add to make a meal and explore various nutritional topics or share recipes between the attendees.
All our recipes made are simple, quick and delicious so that even if you have no experience with cooking, you can still produce a healthy, filling and nutritionally balanced dish.
